This compact, two-flavor hot cappuccino machine (Gold Medal #6998) has two flavor hoppers that each hold three pounds of mix that dispense through one dispense valve. It is perfect for smaller operations such as small delis, breakrooms, lobbies and small shops that do not have a lot of counter space for large machines but want to offer a variety to customers. The machine requires a 1/4" water line hookup in order to feed water through the unit. Use any powdered cappuccino mix.
