After extensive research we purchased this for our office. My conclusions so far are thus:Cons1. This model has a separate attachment for plumbing the water directly into the tank (purchased separately), which is great except that almost every time you touch the machine the mechanism clicks on and off.2. We also purchased the Jura Cool Control milk container and have found it incredibly difficult to keep clean. If I have the time I may try to write a separate review for this product.3. It goes through an amazing amount of coffee beans; more then double what I had anticipated. However this may be temporary due to the "newness" of the machine.4. Unfortunately the equipment for hot water is terribly flawed. I'm pretty sure that it pumps the water from the northern springs of China and tries to heat it over a match, yes it really is that slow and no matter how clean I keep the machine it still comes out with a hint of coffee in it making tea and cocoa almost unpalatable for some.5. Our office is a 24/7 facility which may account for some of the cleanliness issues, but this machine is rather time consuming for one person to keep clean and sanitary.Pros1. I have not heard a single complaint about the quality/flavor of the coffee it produces.2. It is fairly quick to produce an 8 oz cup of coffee.3. The settings for portion size are customizable.Overall we've had the machine installed for over a month and I consider it a good purchase. It is probably too much for home use, but considering the options out there for the small to mid sized office I'm satisfied so far.
