The Impressa S9 One Touch comes equipped with a commercial-grade conical burr grinder, a hot water dispenser for making Café Americanos or tea, a separate coffee funnel for brewing ground coffee, automatic cleaning cycles, the Clearyl water filtration system to purify water (thus significantly reducing the need for decalcification), and a large cup-warming platform.
Keep the milk cold for frothing and steaming for up to 8 hours with the insulated milk container, unique only to the Jura-Capresso line of One Touch Automatic Coffee Centers. The S9 One Touch's two stainless steel-lined ThermoBlock heating systems and large 96 ounce water capacity make for easier coffee creations in less time.

The machine IS great, and I enjoyed it immensely. However, when it started breaking down, the customer service is awful. You have to use their repair shop in NJ, and I am in LA. For this you'll pay over $275 to have it fixed, when I could've had done in LA for $100 but Jura refuses to send part to other repair shop.It is regrettable that for a $3000 (that's what I paid at the time) you'll have to be taxed $200+ for each service that has only 90 days warranty. The machine alone deserves a 5 stars as long as it works and then you start paying. Saeco has a machine that has exactly the same components and works like a tank, and you can service it anywhere! Very disappointed.

So we have this at work. It works awesome. I mean one push and you have a starbucks coffe/cappicuino/latte or expresso. Then it cleans itself. amazing......the only bad is if it breaks down on you. Like the other review. We had to send($50) it to the repair facility. Paid for repairs ($250)....After searching on many forums there were only a few people that didnt have to get this thing fixed. You think a $2000+ coffee machine would be reliable, not this one.If you are thinking about buying this and $ isnt an object then go ahead or if your company is going to pay for it, go for it. If you are buying this for home use, DONT!for the cost of repairing it, you can by something that will make the same quality coffee, it just wont self clean.
