I bought this as a mothers day gift and it worked perfectly. There have been no problems except that you may have to order the coffee capsules.

Horrible. It came past when it would have been due. Then it didn't even work. The manufacturer offered to send me a new one, but I opted to just buy one at a department store. Not worth the money, especially when it is almost as big as my kitchen counter. Would not recommend.
