The Primea Touch Plus Espresso Machine features an adjustable built-in ceramic disc grinder with automatic shut-off. With the Saeco OptiDose® adjustable doser, you can regulate the amount of beans to grind per serving from 7 to 10.5 grams. A pre-ground bypass coffee doser lets you brew with pre-ground coffee.
The Saeco Brewing System® (SBS) makes it easy for anyone to brew coffee precisely to individual taste. Turning the dial located on the front of the dispensing head clockwise delivers a robust Italian espresso. Turning it to counterclockwise delivers a milder, American-style cup of coffee. The SBS feature regulates the coffee dose in the extraction chamber while maintaining the pressure, changing the consistency and flavor of the espresso to satisfy different tastes.
The Saeco Aroma System® provides the option of a programmable pre-brewing cycle that injects hot water into ground coffee to maximize flavor extraction. With the Insta Steam, two boilers allow for simultaneous milk frothing and espresso brewing as well as provide hot water. The motorized drip tray moves up and down to fit any sized cup and is removable for easy cleaning. Other features include a removable 68-oz. water tank, an Aqua Prima® water filter that improves the taste of your coffee as well as protects your espresso machine from lime scale damage and an easily removable brew group for a chemical-free cleaning.
