12-30-12 We bought this machine several months ago. Upgraded from a Flavia to this.....wow what a change and much better coffee/expresso. So far very impressed with the product and seems that it will be durable for years. Our neighbor actually has the same model from 5 years ago and has had no mechanical problems!One minor concern we had and reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is that the filter system with the coffee grains is very sensitive. When you put the coffee filter in and if any coffee gets on to the filter water will spray out. You have to every time make sure that there is no coffee on the filter or else this will occur. An annoyance but don't see any other way around it. Just have to be tedious with this.I believe the coffee grinder was included in the set and is worth the money! So overall good solid product and would recommend it.
