I knew that an automatic espresso maker would be convienient, but wow, is it ever amazing! This unit definitely saves time in the morning as well as saves money going to a certain coffee chain (except for the beans). Jura-Capresso's customer service was really great as well as we had lost the manual and DVD, and they gladly sent replacements. The DVD was especially helpful for learning about the system.You definitely need to customize the coffee strength and coffee/steam/milk portions, but once that's done, the unit is truly automatic. You have to clean it, but the unit tells you what to do and when.Worth every penny.
