Dual Frother:
This device is easy use and performs very well. There are two parts of the frother. There is a Frothing
Sleeve for cappuccinos and when the Frothing Sleeve is removed, it reveals the Steam Tube for lattes.
Frothing: Frothing Sleeve is in place over the steam tube. Hot steam and air are injected into the milk.
The air will swirl inside the milk creating silky dense froth on top of the milk, ideal for a cappuccino.
Steaming only; Frothing Sleeve is removed to reveal the Steam Tube. Only hot steam will be injected
into the milk. This is ideal for a latte. Important: To work properly, the Frothing Sleeve and Steam Tube
need to be free of any milk deposits from earlier use.

We have been using this machine on a near daily (or multiple times daily) basis for almost 2 months now. It pulls great espresso and foams great milk. Gets ready quickly too. It is a bit noisy but that's not a real problem. For the price I paid it exceeded my expectations. I can pull better shots with this machine than the older but much more expensive industrial machine I use at work. I would recommend this product

The machine didn't work when I first tried it. It came without a manual, so I had to go to the Capresso website and download one (which I was unable to print for a time due to printer problems). When I finally tried to get the machine going per the instructions, the steamer wand was clogged and blew steam out the base of the upper unit. I called the help line and was told to use a pin to try to unclog the steamer wand, which cleared the clog. It was suggested that I use the vinegar/water solution to "clean" the unit before trying to brew any coffee. I have yet to do this because of a lack of time.I don't like the fact that the filters which are designed to hold the coffee have to be locked in with a "dimple" which fits into a small matching depression in the handle. It makes them hard to remove when they need to be cleaned. And the single and double filters both drip from two spouts under the upper unit where the filters so using a small espresso cup to collect the brewed coffee is not possible. And there is no shut off for the pressure brewer; you must watch the cup and shut off the machine before it overflows. And it continues to drip after shut off, which poses the risk of overflow. I have only used water in the machine so far, as per the "first use" instructions in the manual.This was a refurbished machine; but apparently not too well refurbished.I will be able to complete a rating when I'm finally able to try a run at it with coffee and milk.
