The Opus-Sub-2RS Opus Sublima special 2 group raised automatic espresso machine makes rich foaming coffee shots by forcing hot water under pressure though extremely finely ground coffee. Raised Group Heads The Brasilia Opus-Sub-2RS Opus Sublima special 2 group raised automatic espresso machine features raised group heads that allow up to 16 oz. takeaway cups or tall latte glasses. It also includes retractable cup rests that accommodate standard cup heights. Automatic Steam Arm The Opus-Sub-2RS Opus Sublima special 2 group raised automatic espresso machine comes complete with 1 standard steam arm and 1 Hyperwand. This Hyperwand or automatic steam arm allows you to have perfectly steamed or frothed milk in seconds. Tempdrive Balancing System The automatic espresso machine features 3 levels of control on its Tempdrive balancing system: main boiler, group head and group head balancing boiler. This allows it to retain full steam pressure and allows temperature stability. Temperature Control and Stability The Opus-Sub-2RS Opus Sublima ensures a stable water temperature with independent group head balancing boilers and PID system because coffee is extremely sensitive to temperature changes.
